1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional processing time, as specified during the inquiry.

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed successfully. Another email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Information

• Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, which will be presented at checkout.

• Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and your location. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Tracking: All shipped orders will include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

• Shipping Delays: MJLuxExt is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters).

• Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for re-delivery or may not be refundable.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product received is incorrect or defective upon arrival.

• Reporting Issues: Any discrepancies or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

• Condition of Item: Items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Any signs of wear, styling, coloring, cutting, or tampering will void eligibility.

• Return Process: If an item is deemed incorrect or defective, we will provide instructions for its return. Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 business days of receiving return authorization.

4. Refunds

• Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued for items confirmed to be incorrect or defective upon arrival and after successful return inspection.

• Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

5. Product Quality

• Virgin and Raw Hair: Our products are made from 100% virgin and raw human hair. As such, variations in color (e.g., slight differences in 1B shades), texture, and pattern are natural and not considered defects.

• Maintenance: Proper care and maintenance are crucial for the longevity of your hair. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, coloring, chemical processing, or styling.
