Order & Shipping

  • How long does order processing take? All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional processing time, as specified during the inquiry.

  • What are your shipping options and estimated delivery times? We offer various shipping options, which will be presented at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on the selected method and your location. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Can I track my order? Yes, all shipped orders will include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once your order departs our facility.

  • What if my shipping address is incorrect? It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for re-delivery or may not be refundable.

  • Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to select international countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

  • What type of hair do you sell? We specialize in 100% virgin and raw human hair, ensuring premium quality and authenticity.

  • What is the difference between virgin and raw hair? Virgin hair is 100% human hair that has not been chemically processed, colored, or altered. Raw hair is also 100% human hair but is the purest form, collected directly from a single donor and completely unprocessed, making it the most natural and durable.

  • How do I choose the right wig size/length? We recommend measuring your head circumference to ensure the best fit. Lengths are measured when the hair is pulled straight. Please refer to our sizing guide or contact us for assistance.

  • Can I color or style the hair? Yes, our virgin and raw human hair can be colored, straightened, curled, and styled just like your natural hair. We recommend consulting a professional stylist for any chemical processes to maintain the hair's integrity.

  • How do I care for my hair extensions/wig? Proper care is essential for longevity. We advise using sulfate-free products, washing gently, air-drying, and minimizing heat styling. A detailed care guide is provided with each purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return/exchange policy? Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product received is incorrect or defective upon arrival.

  • What should I do if I receive an incorrect or defective item? Any discrepancies or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue for review.

  • Are all sales final? Yes, all sales are final unless the product received is incorrect or defective upon arrival, as per our policy.
